You have done very well by the family, worked hard and enhanced the family reputation very substantially and significantly. In the competitive world of to-day, success means much more than what it meant in our days, thirty or forty years ago, and it needs a dedicated and sacrificial mindset to go forward. You have both displayed this and deserve all the success so far, and hereafter. You have also guided and mentored our grand daughters very well, and made us very proud of them and their ability to face the challenges of the world and to carry forward the values and traditions we have given ourselves in the family.
